Irish Boxing

Just a quick note to say congrats to the Irish Boxing Team over in Beijing. Alan Swanton of the NCTC worked with the high performance unit over the last 18 months as their video analyst, a lot of hard work put in by all concerned. It is fantastic that they will come home with at least 2 bronze and a silver.

Making A DVD

A lot of people want to take the next step with their analysis and produce their movies on a DVD. While I would always recommend you play the clips back through Dartfish, as it gives you much more flexibility, that is not always possible. Sometimes teams like to play some video on the bus to the game or hand out DVD's for players to review.
